Discover the CRKT Minimalist – a remarkable small and lightweight fixed blade that defies expectations with its exceptional control and adaptability. This knife may exude simplicity, but it’s far from lacking in sophistication.
Created by the esteemed knife maker Alan Folts, the CRKT Minimalist draws inspiration from his acclaimed custom knives, crafted into a production masterpiece. With over two years invested in its design, Folts extensively tested and refined this blade, seeking feedback from countless individuals throughout his travels. All those subtle adjustments and improvements have unquestionably paid off.
The fixed blade showcases an elegantly contoured handle, meticulously designed to utilize the minimum amount of material while ensuring a grip that surpasses most other knives in comfort and stability. The full tang is covered by polished resin-impregnated fiber scales, accentuated by three carefully crafted finger choils. Additionally, jimping along the spine of the blade enhances control and precision during use.
Forged from reliable 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, the bead-blasted blade measures 2.125 inches, boasting a plain edge for straightforward utility. Embracing a Wharncliffe-style blade profile, the knife’s unassuming appearance belies its impressive versatility.
Weighing a mere 1.1 ounces, this knife is the epitome of convenience and portability. It effortlessly fits into a custom-fitted glass-filled nylon sheath, featuring a secure detent that locks the blade firmly in place.
Whether you seek an everyday companion or a reliable tool for your outdoor adventures, the CRKT Minimalist stands ready to exceed your expectations, proving that simplicity and sophistication can coexist in harmony.
